Even without an office in Florida, you can be accessible in Germany with a U.S. telephone and fax number. For your customers it will be as if you and your offices are in the U.S.
The following services are included in our Fax and Telephone Service Package:
- ALTON LLC provides your U.S. company with a telephone and a fax number with the area code of Miami (305); or, if the client prefers a different U.S. area code, we can provide this. |
- We automatically forward you your incoming faxes in PDF format via e-mail. (there is no additional charge for this forwarding service). |
- Every telephone call that is received on your telephone number will automatically be directly forwarded to you (there is an additional fee charged for forwarding calls/not included in our monthly rate). |
"PBX System" Option
At no additional cost, we can provide our clients with a PBX System (PBX means “private branch exchange”).
With this system you have the option of having an automatic message for your incoming calls, like an answering machine or voice mail, but also additional features. For example, the calls forwarded from Germany or the U.S. or directly to the responsible person. Calls can also be separated, for example by department, e.g. accounting, sales. It is up to you. The PBX System, of course, also provides for outgoing calls.
